Formatting and readability assessment of Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP) Follow-up Form version 1, page 1. The Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level (F-K) formula rates text on a US grade-school level such that the average eighth grader would be able to read a document that scores 8.0. The Flesch Reading Ease (FRE) formula rates text on a 100-point scale; the higher the score, the easier the document is to read.
