2008 ISHD Belding Scribner Trailblazer Award 

The International Society for Hemodialysis (ISHD) will present the 2008 ISHD Belding Scribner Trailblazer Award to Dr Jack Cimino on March 1, 2008 at the 28th Annual Dialysis Conference (sponsored by the University of Missouri at Columbia and to be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida). Dr Cimino is honored for his exemplary pioneering work on the development of an arteriovenous fistula for the purpose of dialysis access.
