In the Letter to the Editor entitled “Estimated GFR for Drug Dosing: A Bedside Formula” (Jones, American Journal of Kidney Diseases 54:982-983, 2009), the equation for estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) should have been given in both US conventional and international units. The two versions of the formula follow:
